We are VERY excited to announce the details of the Second Annual RISE ABOVE FITNESS Holiday Swap Meet! This is a 2-day event: Saturday, December 12th will feature two FREE Psycho Saturday group classes at 9:30am and 11:00am, coached by Rise Above Fitness founder, Brandan Schieppati (pre-register via email to info@riseabovefitnessoc.com or simply fill out the form below) and Sunday, December 13th will feature a MMA Strength and Conditioning bootcamp, coached by RAF trainer, John Merc at 9:30am (pre-register via email to info@riseabovefitnessoc.com or simply fill out the form below). Sunday will also feature RAF family members, Brandon Lilly who will be coaching a powerlifting seminar from 11:00am - 2:00pm, cost is $75 per person (click on the link below "SIGN ME UP!" to purchase your ticket and reserve your spot - Tickets will also be sold at the door; however, pricing may increase). We will be joined by a ton of rad vendors including: LiveFit, Strength Cartel, Military Muscle, Blackcraft, Vursa, Aesthremics, Physical Culture Threads, Iron Rebel, American Straight Edge, Versus, Cookin' Kilos, US Ironclub, and of course RAF Apparel! TWO DAYS of holiday shopping, workouts, food, music, giveaways, raffle prizes, and a lot of fun! See you there!
