Fitness became an integral part of Kyle’s life in 2010 when his career in law enforcement began. Staying healthy and fit became crucial in the way that power, strength, agility and endurance were daily necessities. The realization that true physical fitness can impact the safety of yourself and others around you caused Kyle to maintain a healthy lifestyle as a strong pillar of his daily routine.
Kyle began his true fitness journey when he began training as a client of Brandan Schieppati’s at KVLT ATHLETICS. After about one year of training as a client, Kyle interned under Brandan very closely and dedicated himself fully to learning and growing as a personal trainer. Since that time Kyle has worked with a wide variety of clients including, but not limited to, high school & collegiate athletes, law enforcement hopefuls and clients beginning their first fitness programs.
Kyle specializes in building strength and fat loss utilizing metabolic conditioning, strength programs and practical nutrition. Kyle is glad to work with first time clients as well as those who may be looking to fine tune their routines.
